On-site Chef Roman Dolejš has cooked for Bill Gates, Denzel Washington and NBA and NHL stars. He gathered his experience in neighboring countries and in the Caribbean, where he spent almost eight years. He worked in the Bermudas, the Cayman Islands and on ocean liners. He was the captain of the Cayman Islands Culinary Team, where he won the title of Chef of the Year, as well as the Executive Chef of the Intercontinental Hotel Prague for many years.
